Howard County ALF was a wonderful home for our loved one that needed level III care. Staff was very hands on and took care of any of our concerns immediately and amazing professional caregivers. The home is beautiful, big and welcoming plus each resident has their own room. We would drop in anytime and were welcomed offered to join them for lunch or dinner at a moments notice. Just as if we had dropped by a relatives home for a visit. It was obvious that they truly care about you, respect you and nothing we/she asked of them was too difficult. Their genuine good-will gained moms trust very quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to care for our loved one. They were very patient, compassionate, empathetic and loving. Their knowledge and professional approach to taking care of our loved one was beyond what we ever expected or had experienced with other facilities.
